Hello!
i made a payment into my tax free childcare account on Wednesday. The funds arrived within the two hours and I made the payment that same day to my childcare provider.
this is my first time ever using this service I assumed it would be ok as the funds were in my cleared balance.
however - till now, I still can’t see the payment in my transaction list on my tax free account? My provider hasn’t received the funds neither. The money has left my available balance and the balance available now has like (£££) around it but the number in there deffo shouldn’t be an amount that’s left?
what have I done wrong?????
