N Family Beckenham

Thinking of sending my baby to the new N Family Club nursery in Beckenham. It's only been open a few months so, naturally, there are few reviews online.

Can anyone share their experience so far - esp of the baby rooms? I've heard some nightmare stories about the Forest Hill branch, so am hoping this isn't replicated.

We have just left an N Family Club nursery. Not that specific branch. Our advise would be to visit the nursery between the hours of 9:30am - 10:45am or 2:00pm - 4:00pm if you want to get the best picture of the nursery. They seem to have a high turnover of staff but wouldn’t share that information unless you ask. The amount of agency staff is absolutely ridiculous. Check their ofsted report. They have polish image because they make newcomers write reviews on their experience after settling week or a month being there. We had so much issues with them and one of the worst was communication and resolving issues raised.

We also left N Family in SE London after several months of extremely high turnover of staff. The use of agency staff was really high - multiple times a week we’d drop our child and not know the people in the room. It made settling really hard and I wish we’d moved sooner. I would recommend reaching out to local mums groups to ask about that specific branch of N and ask the branch about their use of “flexi bank” staff.

Don't trust positive reviews of N Family as they regularly remind parents to review and offer prize draws for 5* reviews. I was personally shocked by that. I didn't work for this branch but I have worked for them and wasn't impressed.
