Ofsted and Management change

My LG attends a nursery that has recently had Ofsted and a change in management 2 days later. The manager has gone with immediate effect and a new manager and deputy brought in.

I’m concerned that they’ve had a bad report and I was already contemplating pulling her out due to a lack of communication with parents. Her room leader has recently left and it was only when I enquired, three weeks later, that we were informed that she had gone.

how would you address these concerns with the new management as it’s going to be about a month before the report comes out? It seems fairly proactive that a new manager has been shipped in but I’m not sure I want her to stay, depending on what the Ofsted report says.

I mean I don't know many childcare settings that can recruit and start a new manager and deputy in 2 days flat? What about safer recruiting policies, interviews, dbs checks and references?

They also won't/can't discuss the report with you until it's published.

It’s a chain so they’ve been shipped in from other nurseries.
