I’m trying to put money in to my tax free childcare account for the first time and it’s been returned to my bank account, not sure what I’ve done wrong. I used the account details off the gov website and the reference code. They didn’t give an account name so I just put childcare and it went out of my account but never appeared in the childcare acct which I thought was because of the bank hol but now it’s come back?? Thought I’d ask on here in case there was an easy answer before I spend hours on hold to them
