I need to take my daughter out of nursery as Im not working and believed its one month notice. Ive been informed its changed this year to 2 months notice. My question is can this change be inforced without us signing it or not? Thanks in advance

It may well say in your original contract that they reserve the right to make amendments to terms and conditions

I guess if you don't agree to the new changes then you give notice before they become effective. If you continue to use their nursery then I guess you've agreed to it?
