Not getting top ups

Says this on my account:

You can get a maximum government top-up of £O for this entitlement period. You've £O left for this period.

I've reconfirmed way back in January but although it says they will respond within 7 days they never did and now I'm not getting top ups. Anyone else been in this situation?

Think I'm going to have to call them tomorrow. Pray for me that it's not an hour like last time on hold.

You should have chased it in January. Sounds like there's a problem confirming your eligibility.

I thought it was might fault as I paid in £800 twice so took one lot out. I assumed by paying in so much j had used up my top ups but then when didn't get another top up realised it say £0 eligibility. I will call them tomorrow. The website is rubbish though as every time I use a debit card it says technical problems implying the money hasn't gone in when it has.

Yes, tax free childcare. I hate phoning up but no choice. Hopefully they can sort it and maybe backdate

Have you not used any of your top up allowance this period? Remember they will only top up up to £500 every 3 months?

Also reconfirmsrion was due February but I did it 23rd Jan.

My message says £0 available for top up and £0 used whereas it usually says £500 for top up, so I think there is a problem rather than me having used it up.
