30hrs on SSP

Hi, I'm moving to stat sick pay next week, my son is 4yo and attends 30 free hours at the local primary school nursery 9-3 Mon/Fri term time. My partner lives with me, works and doesn't reach any £ thresholds, will anything change once I go to ssp, do I still qualify for 30 free hours?

You may find that you have a problem when you come to renew your funding code. If your statutory sick pay drops to below £190 per week you won't be able to renew your code when it ends and will drop to 15hrs.
