Help with timings

So my little girl is due to start nursery in April (she'll be 11 months)
My main problem right now is they need to do settle in sessions but they are timed so awkwardly with her current nap times and unsure what to do. The sessions are 10.30-11.30 or 2.30-3.30. she's just cut down to 2 naps and they can be anywhere between 9-11, and 1.30-3 so either session she'd be so tired and grumpy and probably cry the entire time! What should I do? They can't change the times.

Put her down for an earlier nap before the morning session? but often the novelty keeps them awake a bit longer. If she falls asleep they will put her to bed, and although it almost seems a wasted session it isn’t. It is important a baby can sleep at nursery.

I think you need to let it go for the sake of a settling in session. Sometimes life gets in the way.

It's likely she'll find her own way with sleeping at nursery anyway which might be slightly different to what it looks like at home

This happened with our settling in session times.
I had to move her naps or not give her one, hope she may have one there.

If you can get 45/60 mins in prior I'd take that as a win.

Her naps have went to shit since starting so be prepared for them to change altogether.
