Change in contract

Hi, I wondered if anyone could please advise.
my daughter started nursery in September this year but since then they have increased the price by £500 per month. A couple of days ago I received notification that the opening times are also changing from January 1st meaning the new times will no longer work for me. The nursery has also sent out communication advising that they have new contracts for 2025 and they will treat them on a first come first basis, I did not sign this new contract. As a result of all these changes I advised that my daughter will no longer be attending from the 1st January as the timings etc do not work. I also signed a contract before all the changes were made. The nursery is saying I still have to give 4 weeks notice and they will bill me until the 14th of January even though they are in breach. I’ve had to find a new nursery with opening times that work from the 1st January. Can someone please advise on what my legal standing with the current nursery is? I should not be made to pay from the 1st January onwards considering the changes.
thank you
