Hi all. I am trying to reapply for tax free childcare as my previous request was denied to due claiming UC. I have now cancelled the UC and I am trying to submit a new request for tax free childcare however when I re enter my child’s details, it says the child already exists and I need to submit a new application. But when I try to do this, it just takes me around in circles and says I need to reapply from the child summary page which I cannot find. I already have my free hours code but there is nowhere to reapply for tax free childcare. I have noticed if I amend my child’s date of birth, it lets me through and to reenter the details for a new application. Please can someone help me here as he is due to start nursery soon. Thanks
