Has anyone used this nursery before? My daughter has recently started here and doesn't seem to be settling. When I came to see the nursery I was very impressed but since starting there are very minimal updates on the app and I'm getting no information about her unless I phone them during my lunch break. I have asked numerous times for them to update the app with a pic of my daughter when she's engaged in something and they never do. I never seem to catch any parents at pick up to speak to either. I don't know what to do. Obviously it's a big chain nursery soaybe that's why they're just not bothered about updating the app? Any advice is welcome. Thanks in advance
