Should I stay or leave?

Hi, I’d like some other mum’s opinions please.
we had a nanny for 12mths looking after our daughter from age 1-2.
we also had a wonderful childminder but she was term time only and could only give me 2 x days.
the first nanny moved on and we found another nanny to bridge the gap.
so far so good, excellent childcare.
But the new nanny got a full time job and I couldn’t get anything to work around the childminder or term time only.
it was the same time free childcare for 2yr old was launched.
I found a nursery that I thought looked good, was kinda Montessori child led and started my daughter there.
after a few weeks of her getting progressively more upset, I overheard her key worker shouting at her to stop crying.
I removed her from that nursery and found forest school that she really enjoyed, she’s been there 3mths…. While we waited for a place at a prestigious private school nursery near us.
they assured me that they were 100% nurture, etc.
on day 3 after she started i witnessed a classroom assistant loose the plot and go absolutely crazy shouting at two boys (2yr olds) who were messing with a fire extinguisher. (These boys had also just started)
the response was disproportionate to the situation and really knocked the wind out of my sail.
I made a complaint, they investigated and said she thought fear of life.
i said I can’t understand that as the fire extinguisher must be a constant issue in that room and the must have strategies for dealing with it, these are toddlers after all ( it must be the most exciting thing in the room)
anyway, I feel completely deflated, upset and devastated at this experience and although they’ve apologised, I’m still not happy.

I don’t know what they can do to resolve it, but I feel so so sad.

what would you do?

accept that it was a once in a blue moon occurrence

or move her again

???

thank you for taking the time to read and respond.

Your daughter's only 2 and she's already been to a childminder, 2 nannies and 3 nurseries?

Sounds like you need to stop, take a deep breath and think about what the long term plan is.

What was wrong with the forest school?

How would you have reacted in the fire extinguisher situation?

Yes I also don't understand why you took her out of forest school

Poor kid. Share been moved so many times. A child playing with a fire extinguisher should be told off.
