2 month baby making odd noise?

My baby is 2 months old and since being 1 months old he makes a noise that sounds like nervous laughter. He does it the most when I’m changing his nappy or clothes and he’s looking around but has sometimes done it randomly whilst looking round the room.
When I was 30 weeks pregnant he had a fetal brain scan (due to problems I’d had in the pregnancy) but the scans came back perfectly so surely it can’t be epilepsy?

Your best bet is to get a video of it and show your GP. It can be epilepsy or a type of seizure so that's definitely worth checking out. Best of luck.
