Move her or leave her

DD has now been at the same nursery for about 16 months and seems perfectly happy there. However I am not always sure that the food is good and am not sure about one or two of the staff (even DD says she doesn't lke one of them). Overall though I am happy she is happy and pleased with her progress and most of the staff are great.

The nursery is about 15 minutes in the wrong directon from work by bus which means that I have an extra half hour or more added to my journey everyday in both directions.

Now a brand new nursery has opened up about a minute from my bus stop to work. Its a montossori and is advertising places now. I can't decide whether to move her o r leave her where she is.

Arrrrrrrrrg why is being a mummy so complex

If you arnt sure about a nursery then move her gut instinct counts for a lot, but remember you know nothing at all about the new one because you cant see it up and running

go and have a look - is it up and running yet?

have a good think about whether you think montessori is right for her too

Just checked. Its not actually up and running until August though they will have a few open days. I am inclined to go and have a look though I am wondering about the wisdom of putting her in a nursery wiht no track record. ON the ohter hand it has a reputation to build up
