DS will soon be starting nursery 3 days a week, he's almost 12 months old. He is breastfed and will not accept formula milk (we've been trying for 9 months!). Have been giving him cows milk in his beaker for the last 2 weeks and it appears he hates that too!
He has milk first and last thing and also either once or twice during the day, he doesn't seem bothered if he doesn't have a BF as long as he's occupied and he has snacks.

Should I cut out daytime milk completely now to get him used to going without it at nursery?
Or should I keep giving him a BF during the day and assume he won't miss it at nursery?
What did you do for your LOs?

Both were down to 2 feeds a day anyway by then. Get him used to an easy alternative such as water and include other dairy in his diet.
