You usually do a bank transfer - there should be details on the page

But there should be another screen - have you registered for tax free childcare as well as funded hours?

You should have a sub heading called 'your tax free childcare account'

Sorry I'm explaining it in a disjointed way. When I set mine up I set up tax free childcare and free childcare for working parents. Have a look at your secure messages and see what you have already set up (it might be if you did it at the same time only one has been processed so far).
My tax free childcare tab is at the very top, above the free childcare one and below the 'I'm new to the service' top tips.

Did you apply for the funded hours or the funded hours and the TF childcare too? It should tell you in your secure messages or your last application what you applied for.

Otherwise log in to your TFC childcare account. Once logged in and on the homepage, click on 'Your Tax Free Childcare Account' which is usually above the 'Childcare for working parents' link if you applied and are eligible. Next click 'Manage Your Account' and then 'Pay Money In'.
