WWYD pre school issues

My daughter attends a preschool since mid April but we’ve been having loads of issues but she loves it there.

some of the issues include not telling us about change in pick-up location (in a school so pick-up is back gate term time, back gate in school hols),No communication between staff like can’t tell me at pick-up whether she’s been toilet or them not knowing she’s potty trains despite telling member of staff at drop and lots of similar incidents.

worse than this when she’s been there whole morning not changed her nappy and now she’s potty training picked her up the other day and she was soaked in cold wee so not recent and did massive wee when got home so obviously hadn’t been for a while.

i would take her out but she absolutely loves it, plus it’s all year round and good hour for when I go back to work (currently on maternity leave with my second). There’s a rare place at a forest school come up for September so hoping to secure that but not sure what to do in the meantime.

have made complaint to pre school and they said they’ll make sure doesn’t happen again but they clearly have deep rooted issues and not going to change overnight if at all.

sorry for long post so what would you do, take her out and let her be disappointed at not going or send her and hope gets better.

If she's potty training, why are you sending her in nappies? She needs to be in pants and then there will be no confusion.

Deep rooted issues? How?

She’s not in nappies anymore, she was when she started

Lots of lack of communication, fairly new manager that doesn’t seem on top of things

This doesn't make sense.
If she is potty trained, why would she be wearing a nappy ?

OP has literally said “and now she’s potty training…”

I would complain and see if it helps, sometimes they need a bit of a kick up the arse
