My son 's photo

i keep asking my son photos from my Ex nursery which my son left last year, repeatedly I have requested photo of my son participating in various activities ,but unfortunatley my request were ignored .
I don't know what to do . Can anyone help please.

I would have thought they would have deleted them by now.

They probably won’t have the photos anymore. I’m a childminder, when a child leaves I give parents everything including photos. I delete/destroy all photographs due to GDPR unless I have written parental/guardian permission to use them for marketing purposes or as part of ongoing coursework (which I’ve not had to use for either)

They will have been destroyed now. Once a child leaves they should automatically be destroyed.
