Hello guys, I hope you are doing well. I enrolled my 2.5 years old daughter in Preschool for 15 hours. She is very friendly and used to socialize very easily. She went happily in first week but in 2nd week She started showing resistance while leaving. In 2nd week I found a mark on her body too which I requested to investigate and they claimed it didn't happen there probably. And said we will be more careful in future. Now the problem is she was again reluctant to go and claims to be scared. today i went to see her and other kids were also crying there. I concluded she is getting terrified by the environment and is getting difficulty in adjustment. Whats process for switching nursery if I found space at some other place. I don't want her to suffer. What is notice period and what should I write in it to close this matter peacefully.
Regards.

Yes.

Unless it's a nursery attached to a school in which case you just email and tell them them she isn't coming back.

I agree that if I cancel my child’s placement or fail to attend( Due to child unwell/sick/appointments or amend the original start date indicated above, without providing to the nursery with 2 weeks written notice, I will be liable to pay the first months fees in full.

This was only part for Contract. Will this same apply for quitting too? Means I should give notice period of Two week?

That's what 'cancel my child's placement' means.

RitzyMcFee · 22/05/2024 21:48

Although that sounds like it's talking about starting nursery because it says 'the first months fees in full'.

Yes. That's why I am a bit confuse.

I'd just ask them then say you've found somewhere nearer home if you want to lie about why
