working parent childcare funding

hi, my son is 2 years old and I am starting a new job. I was told that you can get upto 15hrs free funding from the government if both parents are working. I am looking to appky for it now but im struggling to find the right form? it says I need to sign in using my sons gateway login but he doesn't have one obviously and im struggling to find where to set this up. any help would be appreciated. thank you
