Hello

I am confused at the moment and need some clarification about the use of code for 15 hrs funding places for working parents. Apparently we went to see nursery and asked few questions to her ,we explained our current situation of work as my husband work in IT company and has to work on multiple project recently the client told him to relocate to some other place ,what if we book the place now using th code which is received and if we get shift over can we continue using same code to nursery ,will it work ? As per nursery once it it shared to them it gets locked with them for complete term and has no chance to get out of it ? Is is true and some one please put some light on this because it will be vain if in the middle of term we get shifted.

It will depend on how your local authority pay the funding and what rules they have around moving during a term.
I would suggest contacting them to find out, as each LA may do it differently.

Once headcount day is done in our LA, that's where the funding stays until the end of term.
