Hello, can anybody give me their views on Busy Bees in Lightwater? Looking at moving my child there and would like to know good or bad feedback.

The staff that look after the kids are amazing and this would be an exceptional nursery, hower the confused management and there pointless bureaucratic procedures really let the place down.
For example the parents use to be able to drop the children off 5 or 10 minutes early, because this meant the parents were dropping their kids off in staggered intervals there was enough parking spaces.
Sadly management have now said all kids due in at 8am cannot be dropped off any earlier or they will be charged, even 1 minute early would mean a fine.
Because all the parents now arrive at the same time, it is absolute pandemonium in the small car park, everyone is getting blocked in by other parents.
The car park only has room for about 12 cars, and at least half of those are already used up by staff.
Other problems I have faced dropping off my son, is around half terms/holidays, and that is management telling us the wrong dates that are kids can return from their holidays.
Twice now we have had too go and get our son just after he was dropped off, because we had been told the wrong return date by management.
