Further issues raised today on childcare vouchers

... the nursery are meant to fill in a section with the contact persons date of birth, mothers maiden name and then bank details for them to pay voucher into. They felt it was a bit dodgy filling that sort of info in, so have kept the form, with those bits of my info already on!, to phone the helpline.

Good point really.

After getting it filled in I'm then meant to forward it to payroll who then send it to the voucher company. Bit of a palava.

Daisy look into doing it all online-most voucher companies do it & although its a bit of a clat to register once its set up it's great.

In my nursery I try & encourage all parents to use those rather than paper ones which are a PITA to be frank as they are slower than a cheque!
