Christmas gifts

Hi all, looking for ideas/advice for Christmas gifts for my daughter's nursery. Do we just get something for the key worker or for all the staff to share? They all work closely with her - not just the key worker. Also what would be appropriate?
2 of the members of staff are Muslim (and one is pregnant anyway) so alcohol is a definite no!

Send in a tin of shortbread for staff to share.

You could do either. At my nursery gifts to a named person goes to them and the gifts to the room get numbered and we draw lots for them and take them home on the last day. Otherwise the staffroom would be piled high until February and one member of staff would end up eating half of them.
