What influences your decision on which pre-school?

I am currently looking at a couple of pre-schools in my area for my ds. Both seem ok and have very good OFSTED reports. In theory I know which one I want him to go to as it is the one next to the infant school he will be attending, however there are a couple of parents that send their dc to this nursery that is making me question my decision.
These parents cannot control their dc and a couple of times they have run out into carparks and been misssed by a car by a matter of inches.
Also when they are at the toddler group we go to their dc spend the whole time hitting and snatching from other children.
The mother of one of these children has really latched on to me and I have to listen to every illness her dc have and especially in great detail how many times a day he has poohed his pants because he has bowel problems.
Would this influence your decision in a pre-school knowing your lo was going to have to spend long periods of time with them or would you just simply ask the pre-school what their policy is on behaviour.
I am hoping that they are little angels once they are dropped off in the mornings!
