Nursery action plan for aggression

I am meeting with nursery tomorrow to discuss an action plan for aggression. I am just wondering what others would recommend in terms of approaches and what to ask for? Would really appreciate any suggestions.

Would depend massively on

Age of child

Triggers

Type if aggression

Type of setting

Number of victims

Suspected behaviour issues

Etc etc

It's a nuanced approach which might also take in to account nursery's behaviour policy and your own parenting.
