Leapfrog/Busy Bees Daventry

Hi am thinking of sending my 2 twin DD's here. Any thing i should know. good or bad.

I can't say anything about the Leapfrog nursery in on Daventry, but the Leapfrog nursery in Stevenage is great. Sometimes our daughter doesn't want to go home .

Where they do fall down is in the billing department. At one stage they had lost track of 3 months worth of payments and reckoned we were nearly 2 grand in arrears when we were all paid up to date. Another fiasco was when they set up the direct debit and didn't take account of our child care vouchers so they took nearly 500 quid more than they were supposed to, which left a large hole in our budget. It took them over 2 weeks to refund it as well. Next time I see an error on the DD I'll cancel it straight away and save myself a lot of grief .
