Nursery keep sending daughter home

I've recently started back at work and my 7 month old goes to nursery two full days per week. She has been attending nursery around two months now and I've been called to come and pick her up as they say she is poorly around 4 time so far. Last week for instance they called tue lunchtime to say she had diarrhoea, but when I got her home she was fine but they said she couldn't return for 48 hours. I asked to swap her next day from Thursday to Friday which they agreed as a one off but then they called again at lunchtime and this time said she threw up every bottle and food. She took the bottle I fed her before Nursery fine and the one i gave her in the evening. She has been absolutely fine, if she was poorly then of course I wouldn't moan but they seem happy to take my money and not provide the service. Also she had 3 incidents in one day where a musical instrument was dropped on her head, another kid threw a toy at her head and they scratched her face with the Velcro whilst removing a bib. Tbh I have started to look for childminders instead. Just want to see what people think, I am alone in feeling like this or have others had a similar experience?

Agree. They need to see if it was a one off incident or a continuous happening wrt diarrhoea or vomiting as all kids can have a one off for various reasons.
However the hitting on head with an instrument etc suggests the staff are not up to provide care for little children so you should start looking elsewhere
