Nursery staff - odd behaviour

Hi, my DS goes to nursery twice a week and I have noticed on three occasions now that one of the nursery workers looks very drowsy and generally not 'present'. She had her eyes closed on two of these times for a few seconds. I am not sure if I should raise this or just ignore as they may be tired or something like that or taking some medication/ill?
Any advice?
Grazie

you should have a quiet word with the manager - would you want a staff falling asleep/drowsy whilst caring for your baby? Regardless of whether it’s medication/tiredness ect

This is good advice, speak to the manager, they obviously can’t discuss the individual staff member however you should say something for primarily the children in the persons individual care , and secondary for the member of staff. This is a concern that as an extension of your family would be the kind not complaint thing todo . So yes I would agree with the above comment…make the observation
