Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place.

DS(4) doesn't show much emotion other than happiness at nursery. If he gets hurt, he'll hold his cry in. If he's feeling sick, he won't mention it to staff and will wait the until I collect him to tell me he's feeling unwell. He's even waited to throw up before! He has none of these issues at home, so I'm trying to figure out what's going on as I'm getting worried about him. He's only been at nursery since August, starts school this year.

Has he only recently started or has he been there a while?

If he is fairly new then he might still feel a bit unsettled about telling the staff and preferring to wait to tell you.

That's an odd one I've known children force being sick but never one who can stop it.
Is he really sick or is it for your reaction?

He's been at nursery since August last year.

On the occasions he's threw up, he has actually been unwell.
