I will start by saying I do overreact at times but try very hard not to be that parent, especially as I work at the same nursery my DS attends.
I am on a training course (online) today so not actually in nursery. Have had usual updates about food and nappies through the app. Then I saw he had been to sleep. This is unusual anyway but minutes later I got another update on his sleep. First message says 55 minutes, second message says 30 minutes.
Generally I don't let him sleep in the day as he then doesn't sleep at night. If he sleeps it's 30 minutes absolute maximum. Now I'm wondering did they actually let him sleep for almost an hour, then try to cover up saying he only had 30 minutes. Am also wondering how often do they let him sleep past 30 minutes and just not tell me because quite often his sleep at night is affected if he's had a nap.
Do you think it's okay to raise it? Just ask if it was an hour or 30 minutes? And if it was an hour remind them he's only allowed 30 minutes? That doesn't come across as being too precious or unreasonable does it?
