Hmm well can you easily take the day off to keep him home? If you can, I would keep him home. However it also depends on how he's feeling with it? Is he still sleeping through, getting his normal amount of sleep? Do you think he's feeling a bit rubbish with it?

If well in himself I'd let him go as I know my ds who started nursery in January has had an almost constant cough or runny nose since he started. If I'd kept him off for each bout of minor illness he'd never go in.

His sleeping through the night no problems with his eating aswel, i checked is temp not long ago and it was normal his being his usual self just the cough that is becoming constant and h3 had a stuffy nose for the last couple of months on off. I can't afford to not go work but obviously i will not go work if push comes to shove.

Well with that info, as a mum and someone who works in a childcare setting, I would send him in.
