12 month old with temp

DD had a temperature overnight (39) as has a cold virus that she is coming out the end of (been snotty for weeks). Has been off nursery today and temp was 38 this morning, gone down to 37.5 now (5pm) so still got a temperature but trending down the way and she is more bubbly this afternoon. If her temp is fully normal tomorrow morning can she go back to nursery as long as OK in herself?

All depends what your nursery policies are.
Some want children to stay off until temp has been normal for a day or so.

If she was only starting to feel better yesterday afternoon I would give atleast another day at home to recover tbh.

I'd give her another day - or over weekend. They need to be well enough to not need extra care and to not pass things on to peers/staff.
