We got a place at Pippa Pop-ins Kensington, and we have only one day to accept the place.
Any information regarding the Pippa Pop-ins nurseries? Is it actually a good nursery or it just has the fame of being a good one?

Consider that they’re about to tear down a tall building in their backyard and build a whole
new one afterwards - construction work will likely outlast your child’s tenure there. Also what does it say about them that they only give you a day to accept, not all nuseries are like that in my experience, most have respect for the fact that this is a big decision. Almost the same thing happened to me with them - offer came in Friday pm, response due Monday am. Luckily already had a better gig for DD.

One day? Blimey! There are a few around there to choose from. Idve thought they’d be more accommodating (schools and nurseries have really been dropping numbers over the last few years). How old is your little one?

What better gig did you have @bigoscar if I may ask? I really struggle to find a better option!

@KittenKong she is 1y and a half and she will start in September. Would you recommend sth else in the area that offer full days (from 9 to 6)?

A friend is looking for 1 year old and a 3 year old places and said The Chelsea Nursery is opening up an under 2s room soon (it’s 2+ now) and that it had been all done up recently. It’s near the fire station on kings road.

It’s also part of a school which is handy, and do wraparound.
