Advice on leaving gifts for nursery staff

Its my 4 year old daughters last week at her nursery, i'd really like to get some of the staff there a small thank you gift as they have been so amazing over the last few years. I lack any imagination or knowledge of what kind of thing is appropriate though, any advice much appreciated.

We made a card with pictures of my daughters time at nursery, and we got her key worker an insulated coffee mug with a lid (Home Sense have some lovely ones)

What's your budget?

Email the company explaining that you wish to acknowledge the valuable staff… (Insert names).. who have been amazing over the last few years
and cc the staff and manager

Thanks so much for the suggestions
Re the budget ah theres probably 3 or 4 people who have been particularly great, id say ideally around £15 each. Will deffo email as well

We are boring and get Amazon gift cards for the staff. I figure it's the closest thing to cash that I can give and it's probably what's most appreciated.

We bought them vouchers for a meal out - small nursery with a close-knit group of staff, and they’d looked after our kids for about 7 years in total.

I used to offer a nice soap/shower gel/shampoo/bubble bath set.

Something that you usually wouldn't buy for yourself but appreciate a little treat.

We wrote thank yous from us (grown up stuff about how much we'd appreciated them) and homemade cards from DD. And I got one of those high street gift cards for her keyworker - the type you can use in multiple shops.

I'm planning on sending a big delivery of fancy doughnuts into nursery for all the staff to share.
