Stressed out about nursery message saying "not to worry"

Hi, our nursery/daycare provider manager for our 2 year old emailed me other half (Dad) who usually drops off the LO in the mornings to ask if he's available for a chat--he said yes and asked what it was concerning, giving our number, and she said not to worry, but it's just something she needs to tell him in person.

What could this be about?

It could literally be anything, but if it was serious it would have been mentioned immediately.

Do you have any concerns about SEN? Or behaviour? Development? Could they have picked up on something?

Perhaps there was a minor incident between your child and another?
