Leaving gift

My little one been attending nursery since 1yo and will be leaving soon for school. He has a very strong bond with his key worker and she always has been fantastic.

I really struggle to come up with a gift idea for her, I would prefer to avoid vouchers as in my mind they tend to be an easy way out.

At the same time I struggle to come up with a gift that would show how much we appreciate her effort over the years. It just so happened that she was moving from room to room just before our son did or soon after.

Giving this a bump as we are also looking for ideas. After almost 5years we’ve been with most of the staff over that time. What can we get them? Budget £100-150 ish. Not sure how many staff there are in total so either a gift for ‘nursery’ or something they can share
