So I'm starting a new job soon. Just part time but even so. This will mean both me and Dh are working so I was thinking I could apply for my son to do the 30 hours at nursery instead of 15. How soon can I apply? Do I need to wait until after first wages or second wages?

I would ask at your Nursery.
They will be able to point you in the right direction.

I think you need to apply and it will start the next term as you've already claimed for this term so January now.

Go to www.childcarechoices.gov.uk this is the website that checks your eligibility and if you are eligible, gives you ac3ode.
You then give this code to the nursery.

If you are starting within 30 days you can apply. It will ask you all the eligibility questions and you just tick the box for starting within 30 days
