Nurseries in East Kilbride

Hi,

We are moving from England to East Kilbride. I have an 18month old. Looking for nursery as soon as July. I have phoned a few of them - Happitots and Cross basket. Neither have spaces.
And other recommendations on nurseries in East Kilbride pls?
And suggestions around places to go/spend day outs as family would be great. We love to explore both indoor and outdoor options. Many thanks in advance.

I can't help with nurseries I'm afraid but I lived in East Kilbride for years. There's a lovely big park called Calderglen. It has good walks and play parks. There's also whitelees wind farm which is good for a walk.
It depends how far you want to travel for a day out, central Scotland has lots of good places.
