Options stated on pricing structure not offered

I have a puzzle. I have my nursery's funding structure which clearly gives a short day TTO funded cost (presumably consumables) as one of the options. However I'm being told that only AYR (stretched) is available.
If i go back to work in schools after mat leave having the older child on funded short days TTO would work well for me as we often don't make much use of our place in the holidays, is it reasonable for me to expect to be offered that if it's stated on their fee structure? I get that it's for nurseries to decide how they use the funding, and it's not great anyway, it's just the fact the option is on the structure but not being offered to me as an existing (not yet funded) customer when I've enquired about if for future planning that's baffled me?

I really like the nursery and they've been helpful in answering my query on this one but at the end of the day nursery costs are a big bill and if there is an opportunity to flex things to suit my family better I would like to take it. Can I push the point with them or is there really no point?

They don’t always have enough spaces to offer everyone the structure that suits them. My nursery ran out of spaces in the two arrangements that would suit me, so I was offered the third.

I can see how that could happen, I should have said in my OP though that I'm asking how it would work more than 12 months in advance 😂 we were planning on leaving DD in nursery for two days a week while I'm off as she loves it but it was also to retain her place and I'm now having a rethink as I'd be better off seeing if I could find them both somewhere TTO and just keeping her out while I'm off. If it hadn't been on the price structure I never would have thought about it but now I've seen it it would be perfect to have one of them TTO to keep the bill down a bit when we don't really use AYR anyway (but pay for it as TTO is really hard to find round here).

You might as well ask them.

I’d presume that if it’s not been offered, they’re either already booked up and don’t see availability as being there; or that they can’t confirm that far ahead - but it’s worth asking the question!

The finance person from the chain said it's only AYR so I've emailed the nursery manager (who is amazing and I didn't want to bother her, but I need to double check before I make any decisions) to see how you access this mythical TTO short day option that was on the pricing update we got at the start of this year. I think head office have cocked up and included it when they shouldn't have but I'd love to find some way to hold them to it. It was a lovely little chain of nurseries that's been swallowed up by an increasingly big group...

My lovely nursery manager has sorted this all out for me bless her, I think long story short it was included in the pricing in error but we have come to a solution. So I suppose the moral is it's always good to double-check!
