Hello Ladies

I am wondering if any of you have had any recent experiences with Strawberry Fields Nursery in Notting Hill? We would love our baby to go there and are keen to get her to this wonderful nursery.
My husband and I had an interview a few weeks ago via zoom and found it underwhelming and confusing? Our appointment consisted of seeing a video and not being asked any question about ourselves or our expectations. Is this normal procedure for these competitive nurseries? Is it protocol to interview everyone? They said they would make a decions in a few weeks and 'let us know' but how do they base this choice on? Thanks in advance!

We were at the nursery and loved it. Not sure what the protocol is these days for nursery visits but yes you’d normally have a tour and conversation and we’d done that for an hour at SF where they’d asked us about our thoughts on next schools, but indeed they weren’t asking more than that about thoughts and aspirations (but no nursery has). What exactly was so underwhelming and confusing? We were talking to primary schools last year and many have come up with videos as well. But some had still let us visit too, so is that what you mean by underwhelming?

Awful

@jannier can you elaborate what was awful about the nursery?
@londonsbmum would love to hear what you like about the nursery too?
@jvd2020 did you choose Strawberry Fields Nursery in the end? If no, why?
