Should I send my child to nursery or not?

My toddler goes to nursery on Wednesdays, stays with grandparents Monday & Fridays, and me & wife look after him on the other days.

The grandparents have offered to take him on wednesdays if we were worried of the Covid risk with him going to Nursery.

I'm not too worried for him getting ill with of Covid, but I am wary that it's another point of contact between him & other families' kids that we could stop (especially since Covid is very bad at the moment).

Nurseries are open, we're obviously not breaking any Covid rules - but we have available childcare replacement. Should we pull him out of Nursery until the end of lockdown?

Yes I would if you have alternative childcare.

I would keep mine out of childcare if I had another option. Im a teacher so I don't unfortunately!

If the grandparents have any vulnerabilities then yes, I’d probably be careful and take him out at the moment.

Personally I would take him out if you will be using grandparents regardless.
If you keep him in I would up his days and not use grandparents for childcare for the time being.
We have kept ours in but not seeing grandparents and don't have another childcare option.
We live in a fairly high rate area and our parents could be seen as vulnerable though, so you need to make a decision based on those factors for you.
