Scotland lockdown fees

Hello,

During first lockdown no fees were payable at our child's nursery. A change of management and now we're back in lockdown and 100% fees are expected, parents told children can make up the days in the first few months after they are allowed to reopen. Nursery is completely shut, many staff furloughed I would imagine, no business rates to pay, no food or other costs. I dont want to be unreasonable, but we aren't going to use the extra days and it feels like they know most parents won't and generally I feel like im being ripped off.

Any thoughts??
