How long would you expect a settling in period to be?

I think we are going to go with a nursery I've found, and just wondered how long you would expect the settling in period to be? DS will be 11 months and it will be for 3 days a week - the nursery suggested a week settling in - does that sound about right? I wondered if it was a bit short

I'd say a good 2-4 weeks and so much depends on teh child and the nurery staff. Although my memory is hazy now
