Hi everyone. Dd is 8 months and has her settling in session tomorrow at a nursery. She’s never been away from us only with my mum . I’ve been told that they will collect Her at the door tomorrow. It’s filling me with so much anxiety that I can’t even settle her. I understand the COVID rules I’m just so anxious she’s going to scream the whole time and get herself so worked up. How can I get rid of this anxiety.
