I fill out an incident form on average once a week, for 3 years. No one has ever called SS or even mentioned it. Kids have accidents, nursery just needs to monitor and keep notes. I wouldn’t worry.

Did one for my eldest do one a week for mitt youngest. Some kids are more “adventurous“.

These forms are SO common, please don’t stress about it. Same with the cream, no one is going to ring SS x

Hi, I work in a nursery and wouldn’t be ringing social services for any of those things
I do those incident forms all the time, please don’t worry about them.
Can I tell you why they were introduced?
A nursery near me was shut down after a toddler was killed by his step dad- he was thrown down the stairs and he died. The little boy had multiple other injuries on his little body, the step dad said he had done them all at nursery. The nursery said no, he didn’t but they didn’t have any evidence that the injuries didn’t happen there, he was coming in like that. If they had done the incident forms and had evidence of the injuries, maybe his life could have been saved.
Please don’t worry about 2 minor injuries and a mix up over nappy cream
Hope your little one is enjoying nursery

My accident prone 19 month old has an accident form filled out about twice a week . He’s only in 3 days a week 🤦‍♀️. He’s like that at home too so I’m not worried . I do tend to let my toddler figure things out for himself though as long as the risk is small . My nursery has the same approach.
