Goodbye presents

My DD is leaving nursery/preschool to go to school in September. Can anyone recommend a present she can give the staff? She hasn't got a single teacher as such so I'll need something for a group of about 3/4.

I should say they've been very good during lockdown & when they reopened, I'd like to get them something to show appreciation & say goodbye at the same time. My initial thought was a box of chocolates or biscuits but is that too unimaginative?

I think when my son left we just did a big box of chocs for the staff and a card, plus something just for his key worker. But they were so, so ungrateful this Christmas with their gifts I might not bother when my other DC leaves!

Check you'd be allowed to bring something in to them. My school and nursery have said no children to bring anything in from home as part of their risk assessment for covid.

(well meaning gifts included)

Honestly, I would advise you not to buy a present. A nice card, with a personal thank you from you inside, will be absolutely fine and appropriate.
