Made redundant while on Mat Leave

Hello, looking for some advice please as haven’t been able to find an answer via HMRC!
I’m on mat leave with my second child and have been made redundant as my employer folded due to COVID-19 impact.
Getting my SMP paid straight from HMRC until the 39th week, and the remainder of the 52 weeks will be unpaid. I should be able to claim the 30 hours free childcare for my first born, who is 3 this August, while on maternity leave for my newborn - but my question is can I still class my self as on maternity leave when I apply for the 30 hours, as currently don’t have a employer until my mat leave ends and I find a seek out a new job?
