New nursery Puddle Jumpers in Limehouse (London)

Hello,

I am a new mom and I have just started looking at nurseries. I am considering this new nursery called Puddle Jumpers in Limehouse. It's new, my understanding is that it's the old Limehouse Arches Nursery, but it's been sold and has new management, new staff, new location, new everything. That means no Ofsted reports yet and no reviews around. Does anyone send their children there?

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

Not sure if you are still looking for nurseries but I've just come across this. My son has attended Puddle Jumpers since he was 13 months old and started there last November when they opened. He happily waves goodbye when I drop him off every morning and is full of smiles at the end of the day. I can just tell by his mood when I pick him up that he's been well cared for, is happy and has had a great day! I'm thrilled with how well he has settled in.

I felt much like you are the start sending him off to a brand new nursery but it's been wonderful. They renovated the building before they opened and it has a really fresh and contemporary feel to it. I personally love how open and airy it is. They use and app to send updates and photos of what your child has been up to during the day which has really eased my fear of leaving him and going back to work. It's very apparent that the staff genuinely adore the children and are engaging them with lots of fun things through the day. To be honest their garden is on the small side however they are out and about every day on walks or to the park and I believe the older children get to do forest school, trips tp the market and the Idea Store so that's not been an issue. Even the meals they offer are better than what I could ever cook. They really went all out over Christmas with lots of activities for parents to come in and spend time with their child and as we had just started it was lovely to see how the staff interact with the children.

There is going to be a new baby room that I believe will be ready around May time. Our experience has been brilliant so far and I can't fault it.

Hope that helps
