Does anyone have a child that goes there or know anything about it? I've just started my daughter there and I'm not 100% sure about it but I'm not sure if that's about me letting go as I got a good feel when I first went there. Any other recommendations for Chiswick nurseries?

Is it part of the Teddies chain, owned by BUPA?

If so I had a really bad experience at my local one (as did many other parents I know) I'm not sure being part of a large profit based company is actually a benefit in a childcare situation.

In brief; I caught the manageress shouting and forcing my 2 yr old dd back onto a chair. The next time I took her in I made an appt to come back later to discuss this. When I collected her they said, "she was good when she had her haircut" "What haircut" "she was on the list" They had confused her with another child and cut her hair really short, never had it done before. Mangeress laughed and said "I hope you don't expect us to stick it back on"

Very bad attitudes all round, didn't attend the meeting, just never took her back.
